wearing a seat belt in india is crime

i live in vapi ,gujarat to be more precise south of Guj ,India.i was in the rear seat just thought of wearing a seat belt ,i always wear it while on the wheel,so no chances now,but i felt we get a lot of publicity /or u are directly marketed coz evrybody on the street looks u like
huh "see he is wearing a seat belt ,lets kill him" look and there are lousy expression showered upon u,

dogs do have feelings

today on the road i saw a dead stray dog which had its flesh ripped off and his bones could be seen which were almost crushed,he might have been there for almost 12 hrs i suppose,but i saw something strange ,the crows who were pretty hungry for the meat of it were flocking around the dead dog but the other dog didnt allow it to flock around the dead dog,perhaps he had a feeling the dog would get up,from that pt onwards i realised dogs and animals have feelings coz he/she loved the dog and he/she perhaps wanted to see it for some more time till the memories fade away .
